Moonlight Beach Map
There are restrooms and ample parking at
Moonlight Beach.
DIRECTIONS
Go west on Encinitas Blvd all the way to the beach.

Encinitas blvd turns into B street on the West side of Coast Highway.

Go West as far as you can to the end of the street to the loading zone and turnaround behind the snack bar and bathrooms.

There is a yellow loading zone, you will see our van there.

Sometimes we park in the immediate vicintity if we are lucky enough to find a parking space.

WE USED TO BE AT GRANDVIEW BEACH, BUT WE HAVE MOVED TO MOONLIGHT BEACH

WHAT TO BRING		 SURFING LESSONS
WHAT TO BRING
A small duffel bag or plastic grocery bag with:
-Bring water and an energy snack.
-Sunglasses, Hat, Sunscreen
-Small towel to sit on during a 20 minute mid camp break.
-T-shirt
-Remember, you don't want to take unnecessary stuff to the beach, because you have to carry it. Travel light because you may be carrying your own surfboard, unless under 12 years of age.

Bring a small bag, even a plastic grocery bag, for your car keys, sunglasses, a camera, a small bottle of water. Optional: small towel, sandals.

TIP: Travel light, you may be carrying your own surfboard. You need a bathing suit only, and will get a wetsuit at the van in the parking lot.

You can sign a release form at the van before the lesson or camp, or DOWNLOAD A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM, fill it out and bring it with you.
There is no credit card terminal at the van. Credit cards can only be processed over the telephone.
Please be advised that at all beach parking lots everywhere, there is always a small risk of car break-ins or thefts. Act accordingly and do not leave valuables in plain sight in your vehicle, lock you car and take your car keys with you.
If you have a 3 hour surf camp or clinic, remember to bring some water, and maybe a snack or small lunch.
Please note there is a $30 CHARGE FOR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS!!!! Please cancel at least 24 hours in a advance of any reservation, and there is no charge.
