We are going to be needing several instructors and assistants for our surf camps this summer of 2026.

Surf camp is from Monday June 15 to Friday August 16, 8:40 – 1:30, Monday to Friday. You can work full time or part time.

We also have opportunities for employment for our group surf lessons, which are ongoing and all year.

No previous surf instructor experience necessary, we will train you. We have specific written guidelines to follow. We need people who can follow those guidelines, and also be able to take direction. They need to be professional, energetic, able to take direction and be reliable.

Everyone is required to get CPR certified, this a City of Encinitas regulation. We will also have you certified by the City of Encinitas, after you are working, and doing well. If you have CPR, EMT, Lifeguard or other certifications now, that is a significant qualification to get hired.
